Financial Recoveries computerized collection system, FRANC, is the result of years of collection experience coupled with the need to provide clients with responsiveness. Designed to enhance the performance of Financial Recoveries, the system offers a number of features. These include:

At Financial Recoveries, we have designed our state-of-the-art collection system with a great deal of flexibility to accommodate our clients. By incorporating a flexible design we are able to efficiently download accounts directly to our local area network computer system using our Tele-Link and Internet functions.

This means that once a client's accounts are downloaded, Financial Recoveries can immediately begin working those accounts. Input time is reduced or eliminated and the collection process is facilitated more quickly. Not only is the collection process expedited, our customized collection system provides for the development of a logical workflow.

Financial Recoveries understands the importance of the two cornerstones of collection, Follow-up and Flexibility. However, in conjunction with these cornerstones, we believe the specific needs of each client must be addressed.
